Uniting women is not a professional networking organization, rather we  are a values-driven organization. We welcome members who:

✅  Understand that progress requires action. You’re committed to showing up, learning, and making an impact.

✅ Celebrate and uplift all women—not just those who look and live like you.

✅ Seek joy, connection, and meaningful engagement with other women.

✅ Believe in intersectional feminism and recognize that race, gender identity, sexuality, class, and ability (non-exhaustive) shape women's experiences differently. Learn more about this HERE.

We are not the right group for you if:

❌ You do not believe in equal rights and bodily autonomy for all women.

❌ You place political party loyalty over fundamental human rights.

❌ You believe feminism is only for certain women while excluding trans women, women of color, LGBTQ+ women, or other marginalized groups.

❌ You prioritize personal power or privilege over the collective advancement of all women.

❌ You are unwilling to engage in thoughtful discourse and personal growth around feminist and social justice issues.

Member Principles

1. Be Kind

I commit to fostering a supportive, uplifting environment. There are already too many forces working to bring women down—this group will never be one of them.

2. Live Our Values

Our values are non-negotiable. While ideas may evolve, our principles remain firm. I commit to learning and unlearning to align with the vision of Uniting Women.

3. Assume Positive Intent, Address Harm with Compassion

I will assume good intent in conversations while also holding space for accountability. If harm occurs, I will address it with honesty and care, knowing that we all strive to do better.

4. Show Up and Engage

This is a movement, not just a membership. I intend to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and initiatives that build community and drive change. I recognize that my presence and contributions matter.

5. Support the Movement Beyond Words

Uniting Women is action-driven. I commit to supporting causes aligned with our mission.
